Important Clarification: Captive5 solutions assume that a working internet connection is already available at the business location. Internet connectivity from any service provider is not included in any plan. The Starter package includes a captive portal device with a built-in wireless access point, providing up to approximately 10 meters of coverage in open space. If coverage beyond this range is required, additional access points must be added. Network hardware such as external routers, PoE switches, or additional access points are not included and must be supplied separately.
